O \u00edndice de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o dos usu\u00e1rios no per\u00edodo foi de 83%, conforme relat\u00f3rio do \u00f3rg\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Do total das manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es, 381 foram conclu\u00eddas, 21 aguardam conclus\u00f5es, 16 foram respondidas e 42 est\u00e3o em atraso. Os tipos de manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es foram: 35% solicita\u00e7\u00f5es, 38% reclama\u00e7\u00f5es, 20% den\u00fancias, 3% de E-SIC, 2% cr\u00edticas, 2% sugest\u00f5es e 1% elogios.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o relat\u00f3rio, alguns \u00f3rg\u00e3os conquistaram 100% de \u00edndice de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.
