Os dois documentos destinam-se a elevar os \u00edndices de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o e reduzir a evas\u00e3o e a reprova\u00e7\u00e3o de alunos.<\/p>\n<p>As publica\u00e7\u00f5es foram elaboradas por t\u00e9cnicos da SME, todos imbu\u00eddos de alterar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o de Caucaia no ranking escolar do Estado, hoje em condi\u00e7\u00f5es melhores que na gest\u00e3o anterior, mas em coloca\u00e7\u00e3o ainda preocupante.<\/p>\n<p>O material foi distribu\u00eddo para diretores e articulam o Plano Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (2017-2020) com o Plano Estadual de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (2016-2025). Em s\u00edntese, os documentos pretendem que sejam reduzidos os \u00edndices de reprova\u00e7\u00e3o e evas\u00e3o escolar de crian\u00e7as e adolescentes.<\/p>\n<p>Por isso, os programas e projetos apresentados trabalham a cidadania, valores sociais, media\u00e7\u00e3o de conflitos e est\u00edmulo \u00e0 leitura, compreens\u00e3o de texto, escrita, matem\u00e1tica e, considerando a transversalidade, valorizam cultura e elevam a autoestima dos alunos, criando uma escola agrad\u00e1vel e estimulante.
