Para isso, ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio ter baixado ou atualizado o aplicativo lan\u00e7ado pelo Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE). O primeiro turno das elei\u00e7\u00f5es deste ano est\u00e1 marcado para o dia 15 de novembro. Caso seja necess\u00e1rio em Caucaia o segundo turno ser\u00e1 no dia 29 do mesmo m\u00eas. Ser\u00e3o eleitos prefeitos e vereadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O aplicativo aceitar\u00e1 as justificativas dos eleitores que estiverem fora de seu domic\u00edlio eleitoral ou que estar\u00e3o impedidos de comparecer \u00e0 vota\u00e7\u00e3o. O modelo \u00e9 o mesmo j\u00e1 adotado pelo Portal do TSE na internet. Segundo o TSE, o e-T\u00edtulo \u00e9 uma alternativa ao t\u00edtulo de eleitor impresso e tem validade oficial para efeitos de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o. Lan\u00e7ado em 2017, o aplicativo apresenta os dados do eleitor, informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o local de vota\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de fun\u00e7\u00f5es como a possibilidade de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de quita\u00e7\u00e3o eleitoral e de nada-consta de crimes eleitorais e a autentica\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para baixar o programa, basta procurar \u201ce-T\u00edtulo\u201d na loja de aplicativos de celulares e tablets com sistemas operacionais iOs e Android ou acessar o hotsite do t\u00edtulo de eleitor no portal do TSE.
