De acordo com o levantamento realizado pelo Santander Brasil, que compara os investimentos realizados pelos clientes do Banco entre janeiro e junho de 2023 ante o mesmo per\u00edodo do ano passado, houve um incremento de 20% na renda fixa no Cear\u00e1, enquanto a poupan\u00e7a caiu em 9%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">O desempenho do primeiro semestre deste ano refor\u00e7ou essa tend\u00eancia de predom\u00ednio da renda fixa. Esse segmento j\u00e1 liderava a carteira dos aplicadores cearenses, sendo respons\u00e1vel por 37,3% de todo o portf\u00f3lio. A poupan\u00e7a fica apenas no terceiro posto, com 14,4% &#8211; o quarto menor percentual de fatia do Brasil e segundo do Nordeste, superior apenas a Bahia (13,6%). A Previd\u00eancia \u00e9 o segundo na prefer\u00eancia dos cearenses, com 26,9%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>PERFIL NACIONAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">No cen\u00e1rio nacional, mesmo com a taxa de juros permanecendo inalterada em 13,75% por um longo per\u00edodo no Brasil, investimentos ultraconservadores perderam espa\u00e7o na carteira dos aplicadores neste primeiro semestre do ano. Levantamento realizado pelo Santander Brasil mostra que t\u00edtulos p\u00fablicos, fundos DI e at\u00e9 a poupan\u00e7a cederam espa\u00e7o para op\u00e7\u00f5es como Certificados de Dep\u00f3sitos Banc\u00e1rios (CDBs), Letras de Cr\u00e9dito Imobili\u00e1rio (LCIs), Letras de Cr\u00e9dito do Agroneg\u00f3cio (LCAs) e as Letras Imobili\u00e1rias Garantidas (LIGs).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">A renda fixa \u2013 que engloba CDBs, LCI, LCA e LIGs \u2013 foi a categoria que mais cresceu no per\u00edodo nacionalmente: 17%, saltando de 32% do total da carteira dos investidores no primeiro semestre de 2022 para 37,5% de janeiro a junho de 2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Outra categoria que tamb\u00e9m registrou crescimento no per\u00edodo foram os Certificados de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es Estruturadas (COEs), que avan\u00e7aram 28% em 12 meses, ainda que sua representatividade seja bem menor que a da renda fixa: 5% do portf\u00f3lio ao fim de junho deste ano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cOs dados revelam maturidade dos investidores dispostos a correr um pouco mais de risco \u2013 al\u00e9m de uma menor liquidez \u2013 em troca de maiores retornos. Tudo isso sem renunciar \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a oferecida pela Selic ainda em patamares bastante altos\u201d, afirma Leonardo Siqueira, head de Investimentos do Santander Brasil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Os outros investimentos mais conservadores como o Tesouro Direto e fundos de renda fixa, incluindo os fundos DI, ficaram menos atrativos aos olhos dos investidores: os aportes recuaram 2% e 14%, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Outras categorias que tamb\u00e9m registraram queda nos aportes foram os fundos multimercados, cr\u00e9dito privado e cambiais, que passaram de 9,15% para 6,36% do total do portf\u00f3lio; fundos de renda vari\u00e1vel, que recuaram de 2,06% para 1,26% do total; previd\u00eancia, de 33,2% para 32,41%; al\u00e9m dos ativos de cr\u00e9dito privado de 1,29% para 1,02%; e a\u00e7\u00f5es, ETFs e fundos imobili\u00e1rios, cuja participa\u00e7\u00e3o na carteira caiu de 4,12% para 3,45%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">At\u00e9 a caderneta de poupan\u00e7a, considerada o investimento preferido dos brasileiros, perdeu espa\u00e7o nacionalmente, passando de 20,94% do total do portf\u00f3lio em junho de 2022 para 19,72% em junho deste ano.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seja o primeiro a saber.
