Para celebrar, o prefeito Naumi Amorim entregou oito motos de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e certificados de conclus\u00e3o do curso de motociclista operacional de tr\u00e2nsito a agentes da Autarquia Municipal de Tr\u00e2nsito (AMT).<\/p>\n<p>A cerim\u00f4nia foi realizada no Gr\u00eamio de Recreio e Estudos, no Centro da Sede. Para Naumi, a data tem grande import\u00e2ncia para reflex\u00e3o e sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos condutores de ve\u00edculos e pedestres em busca de um tr\u00e2nsito de paz. \u201cO Maio Amarelo faz as pessoas se conscientizarem para uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o no n\u00famero de acidentes e mortes. Com as novas motos, a AMT ter\u00e1 mais capacidade de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e de chegar aos locais de acidentes com mais agilidade\u201d, disse o gestor.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme o presidente da AMT, Carlos Augusto Cavalcante, as novas motos s\u00e3o de grande porte com 300 cilindradas cada e dar\u00e3o mais agilidade aos agentes de tr\u00e2nsito. \u201cTodos os condutores fizeram o curso para habilitarem-se ao transporte. J\u00e1 a campanha de conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o visa reduzir o n\u00famero de acidentes no munic\u00edpio.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ao todo, 15 agentes participaram do curso de motociclista operacional. \u201cForam duas semanas de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o para que n\u00f3s tiv\u00e9ssemos uma habilidade maior com as motocicletas\u201d, destaca o agente de tr\u00e2nsito M\u00e1rcio Marley.<\/p>\n<p>A AMT iniciou na \u00faltima sexta-feira (3) as atividades do Maio Amarelo. Este ano, o tema da campanha \u00e9 \u201cNo tr\u00e2nsito, o sentido \u00e9 a vida\u201d.
