Antes a unidade pertencia ao grupo\u00a0espanhol Hierros A\u00f1\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O an\u00fancio ocorreu nesta ter\u00e7a-feira,\u00a0 1\u00ba de novembro, ap\u00f3s comunicado ao mercado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mas a compra n\u00e3o foi total. A Gerdau passa a ser dona de 96,35% das a\u00e7\u00f5es da unidade localizada em Caucaia. Os outros 3,65% pertencem a Ag\u00eancia de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico do Estado do Cear\u00e1 (Adece).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Silat possui 233 empregados, entre pr\u00f3prios e terceiros, e tem uma capacidade instalada anual de lamina\u00e7\u00e3o de 600 mil toneladas e uma planta de ampliados com capacidade anual de 100 mil toneladas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cTransa\u00e7\u00e3o, a Gerdau fortalece o seu posicionamento na regi\u00e3o e refor\u00e7a sua estrat\u00e9gia de atender melhor seus clientes no mercado nacional\u201d, disse a Gerdau em comunicado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seja o primeiro a saber.
